Fitness Group

Strength – Balance – Toning -Endurance-Flexibility – Fun – Relaxation! A unique and flowing fusion of traditional fitness elements, including Pilates mat work, Yoga and Tai Chi.

  • Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
  • Classes are held twice a week in the Great Room on Mondays at 7:30pm, and Thursdays at 6:30pm.
