ST. MATTHEW VACATION BIBLE CAMP

SUNDAY, JUNE 26TH – FRIDAY, JULY 1ST

The Bible Camp is now full.  You may sign up on a waiting list by calling Carol at ext. 101.

Camp will kick off with Mass at 9:00am on Sunday, followed by a coffee and… reception.  Camp will conclude on Friday, July 1st, with a prayer service in the grotto follow by a family lunch.  Reserve your spot today!

Pilgrimage to Washington , D.C.

St. Matthew is sponsoring an overnight trip to Washington, D.C..  Our ECS Charter bus will leave St. Matthew at 6:00am Saturday, November 5th, and return at 6:30pm Sunday, November 6th.   

Our trip includes:

  • Round trip bus
  • A room in nearby Silver Springs, MD (Doubletree by Hilton)

                                $120 per person double occupancy

                                $175 single occupancy

                               $65 youth same room as parent

  • Supper with Msgr. Walter Saturday night
  • Sunday Mass at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle, Washington, D.C.

Catholic Charities 100th Anniversary Celebration

Catholic Charities 100th Anniversary Celebration

has been postponed due to the onset of winter!  It has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 7th, at 5:30pm.  Hope to see you there.

Catholic Charities has many events planned for the upcoming year, including a mass and reception to celebrate their 100th anniversary. 
About 25 members of our talented C4Y Choir will participate and sing at the 100th Anniversary Mass celebrating a century of “Faith In Action” by Catholic Charities of Fairfield County next Saturday evening.  Please Join The Most Reverend Frank J. Caggiano and the Board of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County for the 100th Anniversary Mass & Reception Catholic Charities of Fairfield County.  This event is FREE. While not imperative, we encourage you to register as follows so we have a better sense of the number of attendees we can expect.  Hope to see you there!
